AGREEMENT FORM
a) I acknowledge that these scripts are copyrighted materials, and as such are subject
to the full protection of national and international copyright laws.
b) I certify that the purchasing/user entity is a non-profit group.
c) I understand that I may download a copy of a script and make sufficient copies for
cast and crew to produce the play. I will not share the script, in part or whole, with
another entity who has not pledged to the terms of this agreement.
d) I agree to remit the current royalty fees as prescribed by Ten44 Productions for
performance of any play listed on this site. Such payment shall be made within 30 days of
the first performance, made in US dollars payable to Ten44 Productions, and sent to 1018
E Richardson St, Farmer City, IL 61842.
e) I agree not to make material alterations to the scripts without the consent of the
authors.
